What can you build?

During the pre-alpha phase of LLC game development, a limited selection of construction assets will be available. This exclusive preview offers a glimpse into the immersive world of asset creation and strategic gameplay that awaits in the full release. Nevertheless, players can construct assets such as:

1. Apartments

2. Coal power plants and a wind turbines

3. Production facilities (steel mill, aluminum plant, concrete plant, glass plant, flour mill, bread bakery and cola factory)

4. Mining facilities (iron mine, copper mine, bauxite mine, minerals mine, gold mine, silver mine, oil rig, coal mine and a stone quarry)

5. Retail (supermarkets)

6. Farming (wheat farm, sugar farm, corn farm and chicken ranch)

To construct an asset in LLC, players must first acquire a land plot. Some plots come with assigned natural resources, allowing for the construction of mining facilities. These resources drive production, adding a strategic layer to asset creation and economic growth.

In the dynamic world of LLC, each asset construction is a unique endeavor, demanding specific types of raw materials and labor. Take the example of a silver mine – crafting this asset requires 2000 kg of steel, along with 100 hours of labor, 10 hours of manager labor, and 50 hours of engineer labor. However, these costs are far from static; they fluctuate based on the broader economic landscape, supply, and demand for both raw materials and specific occupations. Keep a close eye on the in-game exchange's charts for real-time insights into these variables, enhancing your strategic decision-making and asset management.

Other assets are far more complex. For example, small apartment construction requires - 30,000 kg of steel, 200 tons of concrete, 5,000 kg of glass, 500 hours of labor, 100 hours of manager labor and 50 hours of engineer labor.

After construction, each asset in LLC operates with its distinct inputs and outputs. Consider an apartment, for instance – it incurs electricity costs, labor expenses, labor management fees, and taxes. But here's the twist: inputs like electricity and labor aren't set in stone. They vary due to a multitude of factors, ultimately influencing the asset's profitability. As inputs fluctuate, outputs, in the form of asset profitability, dance to the tune of dynamic market dynamics. It's this intricate interplay that shapes the essence of strategic gameplay in LLC
